Canes Camp Report: Day 8

Duke just gonna Duke on the ACC. I think Duke looks more than healthy, looks like he made another jump in his game. And this is crazy too but he got a bit faster as well as stronger.

Denzel gonna kill some ****.

Ready for Coley, Dorsett, Waters and Lewis to kill it with Kaaya throwing the ball to them.

Ready for Yearby and Gray and Gus looked good too.

Dallas been here the longest out of anyone in the secondary and that experience is showing even though he played runningback. He was scout team defensive MVP as a freshman 4 years ago. So ready for Dallas, Deon and Jamal to kill people back there.

Grace better start!

it didn't look like he was afraid. just didn't do a good job of squaring up and making the tackle. but duke has a tendency of getting guys off balance and no one can argue how effective his stiff arm is

Crawford is a nice addition to the defensive back field.

I'm glad this board will finally stop hearing about how much extra weight Duke has gained...and how he's going to be so slow...and he is going to lose his explosiveness...and...he won't be the same...and...etc.

Can't wait for the season to start!
 
Brady looked real nice on that catch before he fumbled.

Not gonna be seeing the field much with that depth If you can't hold onto the ball.

Dallas gave him a pretty big pop on that though.

Didn't have any time to completely secure the ball.

Dallas has INCREDIBLE instincts and timing.

Underrated and surprising thing I saw is big Joe Brown(the guy who isn't worth a scholly according to some) can move. He pulled on the Gray TD. He is running second team at Guard in today's practice.
 
Was the pic six a deflection because there was no receiver in the vicinity of dallas Crawford, and man that was a great hit for the forced fumble

Crawford said today that it was miscommunication between Kaaya and a Wr on a go route.

Sounds like he's got a little bit of Honey Badger in him. Dude just has a knack for making plays.

Finally seeing athletes and playmakers on d. Grace is gonna be an animal. Reminds me of Lavonte David
 
Anyone else notice that Treyone scored on a jet sweep? 6'2 222 on the edge is a scary thing.
