But he finally got a big hit, so i’ll take the loss on that one.

I hear ya. Personally, I’m a “never-bunter” (they only give you three outs an inning, I’m not willingly giving one away) but I can understand the thought in certain situations.

It’s not always the prettiest but this team is finding a way to win some games. That’s a really good series win. Still a true 3rd starter away from having any shot to win a regional.

I would say pray for Rosario, but god can only do so much. I’m choosing to sacrifice him for a Final Four.

I’ve been impressed by the number of times it seems like we’re having an off night offensively and then I look up at the end and we’ve scored 5, 6, 7 runs. We’re averaging 8.6 runs through 8 conference games and 7.9 runs a game overall.

I’ve been impressed by the number of times it seems like we’re having an off night offensively and then I look up at the end and we’ve score 5, 6, 7 runs. We’re averaging 8.6 runs through 8 conference games and 7.9 runs a game overall.

That’s also the frustrating part. We give away so many at bats. There’s too much talent for that to happen twice a week, for 6 innings at a time.
