im excited to see who golden hires as we all know golden knows what hes doing from all angles as a college football head coach. he will not let us, or the team down because he knows whats at stake as well as the raw talent of the WR's we have on the roster. their potential is through the roof and it would not be fair to them to get them anyone less than an experienced NFL guy who will develop them into NFL talent.

that being said, has anyone tweeted and DBC and asked him if he is interested in the WR Position Coach position, seeing as he turned down the Defensive Coordinator position (that being the main reason D'Onofrio couldnt leave the staff)

As big a Miami fan as he may claim to be, the more I follow Uncle Luke on Twitter, the more I realize that he really really loves Uncle Luke.

AG has lots of young talent at WR that shouldn't be wasted on the likes of guys with no coaching experience whatsoever and least of all $omeone like trooper taylor. AG is a high character guy. And will hire a high character guy. Imo, AG will also bring in a teacher. Young (energetic), hard worker, and mentally tough. He'll look to the NFL first.

There will be some coaching changes and/or staff changes. Shake down these coaches to see who needs a change of pace or aspirations to become a coordinator, or to lead their own college program:

Ron Rivera, Carolina Panthers
Norv Turner, San Diego Chargers
Andy Reid, Philadelphia Eagles
Pat Shurmer, Cleveland Browns
Ken Whisenhunt, Arizona Cardinals
Rex Ryan, New York Jets?
Romeo Crenell, Kansas City Chiefs
Mike Munchak, Tennessee Titans
Chan Gailey, Buffalo Bills

That was my first thought, then I took it to mean comb through the staff of those teams since they will likely be fired.

Mike Wilson from the Browns has done a good job this year with a group of young receivers, and he should be available as soon as all our coaches get the ax.
