I guess Renfrow is the early leader in the clubhouse for the "Voice Least Matching His Appearance" award.

I have a fever and might be delirious but did Gilbert just say we're running a 3-4? I knew we were mixing looks in, but it sounds like we might be going to the 3-4 the majority of the time.

Renfrow set a world record for "uhhh" in his video. Gilbert said we run a 3-4 here. hmmm. less lineman = mo betta? and he says our line is good, so we have that going for us.
 
I am excited to see the 3-4 we can get more speed on the filed resulting in more pressure on the QB. I think it's going to be a hybrid where the WDE will stand up and play WILL LB and the existing WLB will slide over to the middle.

Like I have said before with Perryman's experience in the middle he will not miss a beat at all. Green and Cain also have experience playing LB so when they are standing up at LB there shouldn't be much of an adjustment.

Being in south Florida we actually have an advantage in recruiting 3-4 personal. There is never a shortage of fast but undersized DE's who will make perfect 3-4 LB's and there are always quick and strong undersized DT's who will make perfect 3-4 DE's. this plays into our hands in a major way and I am extremely excited to see how it translates on the field.

Gilbert is mature beyond his years, and appears very intelligent.

Sure hope his foot holds up, bc he brings clear physical abilities, and intangibles.

In the 3/4, I'd assume Gilbert is at LB. Very interested to see how they use the personell in that set. My guess is that Green is not on the field. Chick, and Pierre at the end spots with Porter at the nose. Gilbert and McCord outside, with Gaines and Perryman inside.
