Honestly it’s why I don’t think he leaves here until he feels like retiring

Of course if we absolutely tank then that’s different but I don’t think we will

Basically we made our bed (to me) and we gotta hope it works out

No doubt. Was just saying in college football you gotta live with the occasional wtf game. **** Notre Dame lost to NIU and still made the championship. OSU was more talented than everyone and they had some bumps in the road

But 10+ games of miserable defense is certainly no blip on the radar

It’s college football and wild **** happens but we need to see more consistent performances against teams we are on another level talent wise

I understand wanting to put a number on wins but coming into the season people said 10 wins was where we needed to be, we reached it, and I don’t think anyone was really all that happy about it

Too much ******* around week to week last year for me. We need to be more dominant in general to know the roster is really getting to where it needs to be. Anomalies happen but it was just who we were last year

Putting the awful defense aside, I think the reason people were so disappointed in a 10 win season is because of how awful it ended. I’m starting to notice a trend with Mario’s teams, and it’s that they tend to fall off late in the year. Whether that’s attributed to a lack of focus, or something else I’m not sure, but that can’t happen again this season.
