Memphis had the 28th ranked rushing defense in the NCAA. And they played 4 teams with top 30 rushing offenses including Navy this year. I imagine Jackson was a big part of their running defense. We were 51st in rushing defense playing against only 1 team with a top 30 rushing offense for reference.

We actually literally don’t even have enough bodies, so we kinda do.

Obviously Miami isn’t the only team in the country in this situation, as roster construction is at all-time chaos due the portal and it’s only December, but if spring ball started tomorrow we wouldn’t even be able to practice.

If the kid is even a serviceable player who can eat up a few snaps and not be embarrassed, he’s a take.
