Caleb Odom schedules Miami visit

As long as this receiver doesn’t go to Syracuse as we already seen what big receivers can do vs Miami’s secondary

Not coming here. Pretty stupid to keep chasing these types and wasting energy on it.
It’s not really surprising considering who is in charge of recruiting and making these decisions. ***** wild.

Find the guys on the roster that I said aren't coming here and then let me know.

my post was based off this statement ... can't speak on if you said guys on the roster aren't coming or not as that wasn't what i was referring to ... i was speaking to the fact that there are a litany of "posters on the board" that have said player x is not coming, only for mc and co to pull them in ... i don't know if odoms is coming or not, but i know there was a prior relationship, we're about to make arroyo a day 1 or 2 draft pick, and lastly mc has shown ability to recruit ... in the situation, we have alot to sell

Hard to believe this conversation couldn’t just be had on the phone if he was down to be the next arroyo or not…

Wasting time

From On3, since I haven't seen it posted:

Despite choosing the Crimson Tide over the Hurricanes last year, Odom, who caught seven passes for 65 yards this year, had high praise for Miami tight ends coach Cody Woodiel and the Canes entire staff. Odom says the staff is recruiting him to play a bit of a hybrid position between tight end and wide receiver, which is something he is open to doing

LOL. Dude had 1 catch for 4 yards at Louisvile this past season.

With the way "bad eval" gets thrown around like a Jehovah's Witness giving away invitations to church, when are the folks at 247/ON3 going to be asked why THEIR evals suck so bad?
You guys forget that recruiting is often based on what those guys "can" be in several years. That boy obviously never took gaining weight seriously.

No, I get it. My point was that if we are going to hammer our staff for "bad evals," we should put others under the same microscope because it is very difficult to predict with high accuracy how a 17 year old HS kid will do in 2-5 years.
As for Skinner, he didn't gain weight nor playing time. Probably belongs at a school like Southern Miss. Hopefully he also grew hands with fingers.

Where did Skinner wind up again? Lol Memories.
I trust the staff and trust that Dawson can find a way to utilize him. But Mario seemed to have little use for Skinner who seemed like a similar tweener type, so not sure this is the best fit but whatever.
