Caleb Odom schedules Miami visit

Sell him on using him like we did Arroyo. A little inline usage but mostly split out wide.
That's Riley though.

He hasn't produced, and we've SEEN Riley dude is an athlete, just unsure of his blocking level.

Stack the room though if he's a mid prospect, because behind Riley not much proven production.

How do you know he can play WR?

He only had 7 catches for 65 yards vs western Kentucky, usf, mercer and Wisconsin. So they didn't even play him for their conference schedule.
Do you know his position in HS? Do you know he can’t play WR? Do you know he wasn’t recruited as a WR? Those stats means nothing to me because I simply posed a question based on the post in the thread that was more about
UM’s portal modus operandi, which continues to be called into question.

Fr lol makin it harder then it has to be, tell him whatever u need to get him here n try n convince him at practice if u still feel that way after seeing him @ WR
I feel ya! My point is why not recruit a te (that wants to play te) and sell them on the actual production of the te in our system. A player like Loften #9 for us comes to mind. An all-purpose player that’s played multiple positions but we want them to concentrate on te. I can see UM doing that but dude said he doesn’t want to play te.

Hopefully he passes on Miami. These kids who didn't produce at big programs belong at a place like Colorado or Florida State.

Yea if he aint tryna pkay TE at all y even recruit him unless you liked him @ WR too smh

If he's visiting, he's at least interested in the concept.

I think this is the selling point that has him interested.
With the little production he had at Bama and Colorado not being a heavy TE usage team (also going through some changes with Shadeur leaving). I think he has to be interested if we use him in the same concept of Arroyo. The question is how advanced are the recruits we have now and Riley Williams. We have a pretty **** good TE room. Stacked with potential

Not coming here. Pretty stupid to keep chasing these types and wasting energy on it.
If they were going to give him a shot to play WR then fine but they aren’t. Like you said, wasting energy.

He was a true freshman that needed to put on weight. How was he gonna play his first year. Just sell him on being a flex TE here and see what happens
