FWIW, he's a local guy (sea girt, NJ) and I wanted for him to be successful at UM.
It didn't work out and took a lot out of him and his family.

Ok. We tone policing now? Whether he said two words or filibustered, is irrelevant. Some people are more direct and some are more PC. He went to bat for his coach. That was the right thing to do.

These are type disagreement I have with my wife. She will ask me to do something and I may not be in the mood. She will complain I wasn't happy when I did it. Does it ******* matter if I was happy?! Did the task you asked of me get done? Yes. Then my emotional state had no bearing.

So, in your opinion, after listening him to respond to the question on his weekly show, you think he was in the right.
I am assuming you did find the interview, yes?
In my opinion, he took the wrong tact in defending that particular alignment on that play during the show.

I think that just about wraps it up.

You joke, until you go down the rabbit hole of all things involving Canes on social media and see that some in our fanbase want Randy back as DC and Tyler Van Dimes back at QB. You can’t make this stuff up.

They were setting that up… had been running the ball to burn the clock. And they were running the ball effectively. Not an Al Golden fan by any stretch but I’m not sure he called the defense wrong on that one. The QB was hitting **** near everything that night

I literally called out the play. If you watch enough OSU in big games, you’d know that they never ever play it safe. Also their QB just thru the ball up as far as he could. I was calling for the ND safety to turn and run another 20 yards out in front of Smith and turn around. The ball would have landed in his arms. He 100% called the wrong defense if he doesn’t double JS on 3rd and 11.

We didn't burn that bridge. Golden did. Unless I'm mistaken, did not that Fat kant sue us?
