Brian Edwards transfer back to Miramar from STA

How stupid must Banda be? You tell a kid this talented whatever he wants to hear and get him signed. Then you deal with that crap later. Kid looks like he has tremendous upside at cb anyways so why argue with him and make it difficult? We need kids like this to continue the amazing defensive progress we've seen this year and with so much future depth issues.

4. Wilson, Davis, Henderson, Edwards

Eventually we'll have a staff that knows how to play the game. Tell the kid he'll play where he wants then put him wherever after you give him his "chance" at that position. Sad thing is, I think Edwards is a CB all the way. He'll go somewhere else and be a draft pick at corner

I agree. Personally, I think he holds down whatever position he's put at. But I give him a shot first at corner. If I don't like what I see, go over to safety.

Doubt they would drop anyone but Edwards is looking around. I'm not saying he's going to decommit or anything but he's not as solid as people think.

He said out his own mouth in a interview last week he wasnt too solid. He didnt mention uf tho. He said he was going to visit louisville, colorado, and syracuse.

The reason he said he isnt all the way solid is cuz he want to play cb but said banda want him at safety.

The biggest question here to me is WHY? If we were recruiting him at safety, that means we were only planning to take two corners prior to Henderson deccomitting. Wtf?

Hopefully Brian Edwards stays committed to Miami's 2017 Class we can definitely use him. But if he leaves then that opens a spot to revisit Nick Roberts from Jacksonville, FL. But again I am hoping edwards stays committed.

Personally, I've felt our recruiting is only slightly ahead of where it was.

It's not on the level of most of the name programs to my eyes. Doesn't have to be because of our ridiculous location advantage, but we aren't where I'd like to see, personally.
