Bradley Jennings decommits.

If he were to stay committed to FSwho he would've gotten a 4th star eventually. If he commits to Miami he'll remain a 3 star.

Way to put sprinkles on a crappy situation for FSU. Bud Elliot, what a cuckold of a mess.

"With Jennings' decommitment, FSU's average-star rating moves up and is now the 2nd- highest in the country (Ohio State), with 1 5-star, 8 4-stars and 1 3-star."

The kid is a straight up Beast. He has a nasty streak. He is physically talented, BUT his greatest attribute is his football IQ. This kid is going to become a fan favorite once he gets on the field. Great day

Stanford Samuels sent him the middle finger on twitter and he RT's an FSU fan saying it's great to see a three-star decommit.

SS3 and BJJ grew up close to each other. When they were kids they talked about playing for the noles.

Also FWIW, FSU actually really wanted to keep Jennings in their class and tried talking him out of decommiting.

FSU fans can spin it which way they want but their staff wanted him in their class.

As for my thoughts about him. I've never been very high on Jennings but he is a striker. Needs to improve playing in space and coverage.

Agree , if he was not FSU Legacy,I doubt he would have even been offered. Sort of surprised we might have him as a take. Especially with the great LBer class from last year. Trade him for a big hog on the LOS.

After last years linebacker class and with Steed on deck as the premier LB recruit this cycle this kid can be afforded a RS year. Not every LB we take is going to be small rangy LB we need another thumper behind shaq.

Our LB depth is not all that great considering Grace is a senior, Young's days as a Cane look to be over, and Owens is coming off a major knee injury. Having only one LB in this class seems irresponsible.

I can only imagine how horrible Cade Weldon must be. Here we have FSU handing out scholarships to kids simply because they are legacies, even if your father was just an okay LB at the school. But the son of a QB who finished runner up for the Heisman Trophy for them can't get an offer.

Bud also tweeted that FSU wants him in their class. He's just got to spin the development first.

Only an idiot would argue FSU doesn't really want him. The kid just posted his scholarship offer from FSU. The idea that they only offered him because he was a legacy is equally retarded, and just an excuse FSU fans, or FSU fans that hang out on a Miami board pretending to be Miami fans (like tpres) would say. FSU didn't offer Weldon. He's the legacy of one of the greatest players in FSU history. So clearly they aren't handing out scholarships to kids simply because their dad played at the school. They offered Jennings because they want him. They didn't offer Weldon because they don't.

They were late to the Weldon party because they wanted to see him perform on his rehabbed knee. Now that won't offer him because they dont' want the perception to be that they lost him to their rival.
