But they hung in there - I don't think they were manhandled in the trenches at all. Their DL handled Penn State's OL , sacking Allar multiple times.
PSU's defense was more of a factor - they stopped Jeanty for the most part all night, stacking the box with all number of bodies. He finally broke off a couple of runs around the outside late in the game.
He missed the record by 27 yds in the end.
Too many bad penalties and missed red zone opportunities for Boise.
Will be interesting to see how PSU does against either of their next opponents: ND or UGA
