Nah, not to the extent of UM...Maybe it's because there are so many misses, and it's UM's backyard. But it's nothing like UM.

this. UF fans do it all the time. if youre on a freaking website talking about CFB months before it begins during work hours, youre 1000000 percent a fanatic. miami isnt exclusive in hating on these kids. id also add that it comes with the territory for recruits. the kids (not all) seem to crave the attn so going on twitter and giving fanbases hope (hes guilty of that) is going to lead some bad feelings by FANS.

Usually most of the money just goes to the parents' bank accounts. SEC schools' booster clubs use foundations to essentially launder the money so there are no direct ties.

I disagree totally...It's nuts and much more frequent with Miami. If Khris Bogle would have committed to UM and all during the process, no one was insulting him except Canes fans, and no one would have if he picked UM.

Yep, was widely reported that he was literally on campus with suitcases in hand. Miami had a holdup with transcripts or something from his school and ufag said we'll get you in right now, so he left.

naw, that was during the Urban days. They had an extra scholarship out of nowhere on NSD so they sent a LOI to the highest rated uncommitted player left and he signed it.

I rarely comment on recruits, but this kid is a ****** herb. Everything about him says "weirdo". I know it sounds like hindsight homerism, but I really feel like Miami dodged a bullet here. Just a weird vibe from this kid. Same vibe I got from Derrick Hunter. I wouldn't bet the farm on either kid.

IIRC, he enrolled in January, before signing day. That was part of the whole mix up.

He was always a EE. From my understanding he wanted to play early. We had duke coming back, and yearby in that class. My point with mucho was y’all saying he was signed and sealed to Miami. BP took visits to TENN along with us..and went to UF his own dime right after he got the UF offer . Then flipped in Jan. And enrolled at UF...if FSU had offered he would have gone to FSU.

I know that but as I stated it was widely reported by multiple reliable sources, he was literally on campus, bags packed waiting for his dorm

I'm glad we didn't get him, this kid would already have one foot out the door if he wasn't starting right away with us.

His mom has been shopping him for nearly 2 years now. He almost committed early to Miami way back in January of 2017 when we initially offered him, but he immediately was told by his people not to, from then on its been nothing but red flags that the kid was bag chasing.

Another Broward kid doing what 4-star Broward kids do lol smh Drama, troll, bag chase, wash, rinse, repeat.
 
I could careless he didnt sign, he wasnt a Hurricane at heart anyway, he's up there with the jorties now, enjoy. Its always been about Jahfari and i like how people keep sleeping on cam like he's a nobody, cam is exactly what we looking for at d-end, plus he got the mindset we looking for. Once jess simpson gets ahold of em, and he works on his get off, primary & secondary moves, he'll start being a force, good pick-up.

IDGAF that he went to UF - I've said for a year he's a Broward ghey. Kid is a total clown.

The point is that he wasted time and resources that could/should have been allocated toward someone else.

How would you feel if one of your players had UM #1 all along and coaches were saving a spot for this ****boy instead of going all in on your kid?
