I don’t doubt u know the coached at Deerfield in some way. U seem plugged into Broward. But I’m telling u what it was

1st, I’ve known Brandon since we was in little. Played in same league both baseball and football. We was 2 of the 3 only black kids playing baseball lol. 2nd I’m a couple of years older than him so ain’t no HS gossiping. 3rd I knew coach Glenn since he was coaching girls basketballs, assisting boys b-ball, coaching JV FB and working security at Deerfield when I was there. Ain’t nobody going off rumors. EVERYBODY knew that man wanted the FSU offer. And if he got it he wasn’t coming to Miami. I remember I came down to Deerfield on winter break and visited the school and spoke to the mans pop who also worked security at the school. Man used to write me rise passes when I came late to school all the time. At the time BP and his fam was on the fence about Miami and was planning out a unofficial to UF. That’s what the man dad was saying..He had already visited Miami and TENN officially. The man flipped a month or so b4 signing day. Wasn’t a last minute decision.

Painting your car green or orange is being a fanatic.
Spending thousands of dollars every year on Canes stuff is being a fanatic.
Going to every game is being a fanatic.

Calling a kid a piece of trash because he didn't sign with your favorite team is being a FVCK BOY.

you realize those dudes do all of the above. seriously, i get that youre a coach so you feel for these kids, but most dont care. its the reality of it. most CFBs everywhere dont give a **** unless hes picking their school. think of it like pro sports.

Not gonna go back and forth with you. I was literally just talking about Powell with Glenn and several of their coaches last month. I've known Glenn for over 15 years. We used to build/ride donks together back in the day, long before football coaching started. I'm friends with their entire staff. He was on his way to UM.

i get your point. theyre **** boys. you realize half of this site makes fun of these kids. theyre calling him bagle (im guilty of this one) and bwoggle. its ENTERTAINMENT, which is why people say the things they say.

Really became aware of this with one player where it really hit me hard that we were playing behind the eight ball.

Remember Patrick Peterson/Patrick Johnson? He was going to Miami. There was no doubt. Then all of a sudden it’s LSU, and his quotes about LSU “showing me love”. Word on the street was 80K.

Uhhhh, that’s pretty much every fanbase for the most part. Especially the people that post online and never go to games, like most people here. They just sit home clacking on their keyboards.

Ya but you have to realize, and I touched on this in another thread. And it will never change.

When it comes to Bogle, and M-A-R (to a lesser extent) and dozens of others...There is only one fan base that will talk bad about the player (sure some may deserve it, i can't stand this Bogle kid, but a lot of that is ME) during and after his recruiting.

Other teams miss on players, their fans on message boards and twitter may say "he can go to UM and rot"..."Enjoy 7-8 wins"..."Enjoy playing for Richt"..."The U hasn't won anything in 15 years"..."Nevin musta got in his hear"...Etc, etc...But THEY RARELY (not saying never, no fan base is perfect obviously). THEY SELDOM INSULT THE KID. With UM it's every other post, tweet, etc, etc, when a kid goes elsewhere.

And I'm not saying I'm innocent or i know the answer how to stop this. It's whatever.

And I’ve known the boy and his dad since we was playing little league for the rattlers and raiders lol..You don’t have to go back n fort. When BP was there coach Glenn was working his way up. Coaching basketball and JV. That staff that’s there now wasn’t there back then. The man was committed to Miami. You saying he was packed and ready to go to Miami, yet the man took visits to tenn..then UF on his own dime..then flipped to UF a full month b4 signing day. If FSU would’ve offered he was going to be nole. But he never got that offer from them.

UF got a db some years ago who never visited, just announced UF lol.

Maybe it was tabor , not sure.

But Andrew says there no bags, so I don’t buy they buy recruits bro. Uga either.

Uh, go read Auburn's boards right now re: Pickens if you think other fanbases dont insult the kid. UM is not special, this happens EVERYWHERE.
