Macho's been on here for years and hes a broward dude...we all know his disdain for the broward private schools(USchool, heritage, St. Thomas) taking players..I think Elijah Moore was the straw that broke the camels back..

They're not taking anybody.

Those kids are fleeing places with coaches like Macho.

The idea that STA has to recruit is comical. It's par for the course for those guys.

My kids absolutely love me. I've never had a kid flee from me.

And Elijah Moore's OC @ Western is a great dude and awesome coach. (as well as a former Cane) He helped Moore catch 88 balls for 1200 yards last season. His QB (who was a backup at Gibbons) threw for 3400 yards. Elijah wouldn't have received half of the offers he has now if it wasn't for his OC at Western feeding him the ball all year. Those offers were extended based on his Sophomore tape from Western. Nothing else.

Other than being an arrogant stat keeper and certified STA booger-eater, your problem is that you never give props to anybody outside of STA. Your belief is that nobody else in South FLA can coach. And you definitely have a thing for Western High School. Why? I don't know. They've provided STA with some of their best players. They're practically a feeder program for yall. Brandon Linder, Tevin Allen, Wade Freebeck, James White, Giovanni Bernard, Elijah Moore, Jake Rudock, etc...all belonged at Western. You should be thankful.

Nobody hated Dillard when they were good.
Nobody hates Hallandale.

It's the way that they assemble teams year after year that cause people to enjoy their losses. You can develop a kid for 2-3 years at their home school and then STA grabs the kid for his Senior year and starts him ahead of a kid who's been there (STA) for 2-3 years. Any way you look at it, it's slimy. Then they're given props for their coaching ability. Well ****, who can't coach a roster full of D1 kids? LOL

Those same coaches lost to Miramar 3 years in a row. I have the tape of those games. Our defense (with exactly one D1 kid) put up a better fight than STA's defense in those games. (at least for the 1st three quarters) Those same coaches lost to Bosco Prep. Those same coaches lost to Cooper City! Matter of fact, Cooper scored more points against STA that year than they did against us! (Western)
Shoot, our QB that transferred to STA looked better his Junior year (with us) than he did his Senior year at STA. He went to STA and looked relatively pedestrian in their prehistoric I-formation offense. He'll tell you himself that he wasn't coached better at STA.
Tell me how George Smith did when he wasn't loaded. Tell me how Roger Harriott did when he wasn't loaded. And right now Rocco Casullo is getting butt raped without an STA-like roster.

Checking back it was one poster with more than 1 negative comment. Appears to be an in game rush to judgment getting ready for Canes game threads.

So what are the goods on Richardson and what makes him more Teddy B and less Treon Harris?

He may be another Treon, who was a great high school quarterback. I'm not sure how his tools translate to college but he's only a sophomore with time to grow.

And in first place....

BTW: 2015, 2016

Was BTW not nationally ranked? Was the game not played at Traz?

I'm sure the moment Central falls off we'll finally get the STA/central series everyone wanted 4 years ago.

Central was offered the spot opposite STA in the Dolphins kickoff game in 2014 (which American Heritage then filled) and the ESPN game in 2015 (which BTW filled).

Roland Smith's response?

"Uh, Ok, well, you know, uh...."

Then they scheduled Stephenson (GA) and DeMatha (MD) instead.

STA had no idea Ice would be back coaching BTW when they agreed to the two game series last year.

STA agreed to the series in December 2014 when Tim, Jr. was still the coach and BTW was on a 41 game winning streak.

I remember when Miramar beat STA in overtime in 2011 and some Dade County crank like yourself said he expected STA to drop Miramar.

Fast forward to 2015 and STA smashed them 48-18.

STA has played more games against top Dade teams than either Central or BTW have played against top Broward teams.
