I dont blame anybody for heading to St. Thomas..but of course If i was an opposing coach it would **** me off as it would you too
Most coaches worth a **** are able to build programs and environments that attract outside players and retain their own.
Damon Cogdell wasn't the smartest guy (or best coach) but he was able to build something solid at Miramar in a short time. He was attracting kids and not losing his own.
But guess what?
He bolted and the program fell apart.
That's the difference between STA and others. George Smith stayed for 40+ years and built a foundation.
It's tiresome hearing from these vagabonds and job chasers about STA's success. Those guys never put in the work and the time.
