Andre Johnson and Sean Taylor are 1A and 1B for me as the most complete, sure-fire, born-to-be-legend prospects.
Prototype height/weight/speed/coordination. Production. No injuries. Both were just absolute can't miss.
Frank Gore is up there with Adrian Peterson as the 2 best HS backs in the last 30 years that I've seen (obviously only saw Gore on film). He was electrifying. I would put him a notch behind Dre and ST because his physical characteristics were - still very good - not elite best of the best.
Position by position? I'll take a crack at it.
QB - Bridgewater
RB - Gore/Mcgahee
WR - Dre
OL - VC. While his NFL career hasn't quite gone as planned, Flowers had every measurable you could want, too.
DL - Not sure on this one. I can't think of any can't miss freakazoids. I really liked Ricky Jean Francois
LB - Jones/WW. I knew Nate Webster was going to be great in CFB but obviously he didn't have elite measurements.
DB - ST. Kenny Phillips was absolute can't miss. Antrel Rolle, too. All total package type kids.
