None of this is a good look. Chain of events are set:

1. Kid ranked 10 points under our kicker commits, after it is well-known the University is struggling to land blue-chips and has more kids ranked below 900 than in the top 250.

2. Fans get upset and impatient
3. Twitter and fan pages either make fun of program, or try to calm the masses...which inevitably is funny and more material to make fun of program
4. Program receives even more negative recruiting
5. More pressure on program to land commits

If this commitment was after two 4 stars that committed after the bbq, the reactions would be very different. There would be a lot more

type posts than there are now.
