Have heard that Miami is a player for Morehead State grad transfer G Corban Collins. Averaged 11ppg/ 3apg/ 2.5rpg last year

Not that it matters, but we'd be his third school. Freshman year at LSU before transferring. Ranked 2nd last year in the OVC in 3-pct. and 2nd in Asst/TO ratio.

I would gladly welcome an eligible transfer PG who can provide quality burn. If that is Corbin Collins, bring it.

There's another point guard that commited to Memphis but he decommitted late because Pastner left that we're connected too.

His name is Charlie Moore, small guy though at 5'9

This kid would be an incredible pickup. True PG and playmaker at that position.

He was the HS Player of the Year in Illinois, which really says something given how loaded the state is with basketball talent

Here's the article
Morgan Park's Charlie Moore reopens recruitment - Sun-Times High School Sports | Sun-Times High School Sports
Irvin was flooded with calls as soon as the news of Moore’s decommitment broke. Irvin talked with coaches from Wisconsin, Northwestern, DePaul, Miami and SMU

I know he's from Illinois, but anyone that considers DePaul, unless it's 1985, is a ******* moron.....oops, Shane Larkin.

More eligible guards...

John Gillon averaged 13 PPG and 3.8 APG. Transferring from Colorado State.

JC Hampton averaged 16 PPG and 3 APG out of Lipscomb.

Gillion would be a great addition.

Chicago (Ill.) Morgan Park four-star point guard Charlie Moore, a former Memphis commit, trimmed his list of potential schools to eight on Wednesday afternoon via Twitter.

The college basketball programs that made the cut for the 5-foot-10, 160-pound guard are as follows (in alphabetical order): California, Illinois, Georgia Tech, LSU, Miami, SMU, UNLV and Western Kentucky.
Four-star PG Charlie Moore releases Top 8

Gotta like our chances with that list.

Although Cal was high on his list the first time around.

Charleston transfer Canyon (son of Rick) Barry, visiting UM early this week. Ben Carter (UNLV) also has UM on list. Both eligible immed.

Thornton and Carter would be ideal. Need a backup PF for this season and Thornton is a 5-star PG who can take over the team the following year.

Wouldn't say no to either Barry or Charlie Moore though. Take whoever commits 1st so we don't get burned like 2 years ago
