Yes, Golden left this class stacked last year. If it wasn't for Richt AR82 would be at Alabama and McCloud would be at fsu and you could still have Mark Donofrio as your DC. Last I checked.... Dean said he was down Miami and Arizona st. and Thomas is in a 3 way tie according to his coach...... Harley could flip to UF in the a.m if they offer....In other words, we won't " officially" know until signing day... everything else is pure speculation.

Hundred percent. You putting too much weight on Henderson and Edwards. I think we get CH anyways. Those two do not make or break, nor even define this class. They are just the last 2 targets on our board and every year people elevate the last targets on the board to some pedi stool they haven't earned. We have a nice class man.

The class is nice if we land Thomas, Harley, and Dean which seem to be the more possible. That would definitely address receiver and provide us an immediate corner that could be in the 2-deep next year or starting.

But our secondary depth, particularly at corner is lacking. The only Miami quality corners that we have are Redwine, Young, Bandy (committed) and that's about it. We keep speculating on where Deejay's playing. Guys like Jackson and Mayes aren't Miami quality guys. We need Edwards and CJ in this class, or at least 1 of the 2.

If we get Dean, that's FOUR Miami quality CBs for 2017 (excluding DJ who could actually play this as well). Plus Mayes and Jackson as emergencies. What is the problem with this?

I'd like to know where you get this confidence from on Mayes and Jackson.. they bo bo.

That 3 freshman comment sounds like an excuse to me. Losing to UNC and Notre Dame was unacceptable. Losing Henderson, Edwards, and Macfarland is also a failure. If you define success at Miami as winning 9 games, then maybe you don't realize what Miami football should look like.

I'm very aware of the product we have had to watch since 2003. That's probably why I'm tired of the excuses and hope. Recruit the kids we need and win. I do think Richt will turn it around, but this first year was still disappointing.
