Bagman about to start visiting Jose Jobe

Bama bought Yeldon, Julio and Kirkpatrick for starters!! Bama has Red elephant club. REC puts Nevin to shame with their power and endless supply of money!! Doubters are simply clueless.

You guys are hilarious!!!! So every elite SoFla that chooses Bama over Miami is getting paid!!! Lol How about he just wants to win? How about he wants to play against the best and play in the best conference? How about he wants to play in more than one big game a year? I think Miami might be the only school that has 1 big game rival a year . I'm not saying Bama isn't dirty but **** we did the same thing in the 90's and early 2000's.

$ec trolls are so obvious.

Lol troll!!!! Why because I'm not crying because a recruit wants to go to Bama? Season ticket holder for years here Brah. What about you?

We know your a season ticket holder in the $ec. Brah

Don't ruffle their feathers. Saying someone got paid, it let's then sleep at night.

Best coach in college football and one of the best all-time.

Multiple national championships in recent times, not a decade and a half ago when current recruits were just beginning to be potty trained.

Players drafted left and right.

A school that shows out in every aspect for their players. You're on the team, you instantly have elite status on campus.

Top notch everything.

They've got it going on, everything a recruit would look for, and when someone needs to pay for a recruit, they're typically lacking a bunch of what Bama has.

Do some get some stuff on the side, you bet. That stuff happens everywhere, even D2 where it may just be free food, drinks, or whatever. That's the nature of athletics, people buying whatever for athletes just so they can hang around.

Saying so and so got a duffle bag to go there though for each and every recruit is just assinine. There's plenty of proven reasons to go to that football factory not involving money.

Meet the Bag Man - SBNation.com

yes Money (and trim- Tennessee song girls, Louisville bball with the hookers, our boats n hoes situation ) is Involved. Miami just has the ncaa up its *** so we can't get away with it. I don't think it's Cam Newton 300k type transactions but lots of little things that the recruits want that they get on the down low. The amount of Money isn't some astronomical amount we can't afford, it's just we aren't as good at the game as the SEC. Car rental deal is a good example. SEC boosters would figure out a way to get someone's mama a job that happens to provide a dodge challenger as the company car. She is allowed to let her son drive it, if the ncaa says something (they won't) then the company can say "tsk tsk you can't do that with our car" and no one gets in trouble. We have some slimeball rental car company straight give cars to players. Just so stupid and obvious. We used to know how to do it, but Shapiro blew up our game.

Bama has paid for players in the past.
But they don't need to play for players right now.

They still do!! I live in Mobile and I know they do. Red Elephant club my friend!!

I'm not saying they don't. I have no clue. All I'm saying is it would be dumb for them to do it with all the hype they have as it is.

And it's stupid for the dope dealer that's sitting on millions to keep selling drugs but he does. Bama cheats. That's really not up for debate. With that said, we suck, and until we begin to offer kids something other than being able to play for the hometown school, we're going to continue to keep losing guys.

They absolutely need to. Recruiting for these kids have become a business decision more so then loving the aspects of the program and school. When you have a kids that has offers from you name it and BAMA is coming out on top, it's more often because of whats being done behind close to doors to secure this kid. If BAMA stopped paying kids, these kids would go elsewhere despite them winning because others are paying as well.

I hear all the noise about these players getting paid. In reality, good for them. I support them getting as much as they can out of a crooked system to begin with. It is basically the closest thing to organized slavery in the country.

They earn billions for the folks out there, and can't even get a job? That's some bull****.

The problem that folks and fans of Miami are not that these players are getting paid. In reality, it doesn't fuggin matter. What matters really is we don't have the resources to keep up with those that do. Bottom line, that is the source of the frustration, and I agree, I wish we did have the money to compete.

Don't hate the players, hate the game. I can't fault any kid that comes from poor area and gets an opportunity to do something good for their family. How in the world can we fault them for that. I can't.
