"Bad Eyes"

Ok cool. I wasn’t trying to be an ******* but you clearly are.

YOU used Georgia Tech as an example of what you want our players to be. And while they seem to be able to beat Miami sometimes, they’re generally not very good at beating anyone else.

So for someone who doesn’t have a basic understanding of football, I’ll make it simple. Hold the standard for what you want our team to be a little higher. I’m not aiming for Georgia Tech level of play because you saw them play one game really hard against Miami.

Hopefully that clears it up for you since you didn’t understand my first comment.

I used GT as an example of team that beat us with less talent. Not a freak thing that would even happen to a very talented and disciplined Nick Saban team. This year 3 "less talented" teams beat us. Or you could even say it like this:
"Miami, due to its inability to be coached up, be smart, be disciplined, be selfless, allowed less talented teams to regularly beat them."

Do we have highly talented very smart players? Yes. Just not enough to overcome the whatever happened on the defensive side of the ball and the very few not so smart players negating their talent by their inability to maximize the talent that they do have.

When my wife points this out, I know that that a lofty football IQ, that you yourself have, is not needed but is appreciated.

GT is not to goal. Maximizing the talent that Miami DOES have by playing smart, gritty, disciplined football would be amazing.
