Just wanted to make sure you saw this @BS85. They started leveling the lot back in March and this is as far as they’ve gotten. Obviously in no hurry. Stick built the trusses and side walls and just got the metal roof on about 2 weeks ago. In contrast, my 1900 square foot house with brick exterior took less than 5 months to complete.
