1) Jimbo forks over the playcalling duties
2) Coley is given a significant "incentive" to stay

Jimbo know good and god dam well that if he loses his best recruiter to his fiercest rival, it's over.

I mean, he does know that right?

I can agree that #2 is very likely, but I don't see Jimbo handing over play calling duties.

I'm betting on Al here, because I have no idea what we are going to look like on offense if Coley is at the helm.

LOL at the thought of an ego-maniac like Jimbo giving up play calling duties. He may say he will but it will never happen.
 
If whats been reported about jimbo being annoying to deal with then I dont know if its as easy as forking over play calling duties and money. If he worked with mario in the past then it might not be as cut and dry as play calling duties.
