I'm always wary of non-UM sources (see the bad NoA tip a couple months back) but this is someone close to the situation.

1. pretty much their best coaches left
2. Their recruiting of South Florida kids is not panning out the way they way they wanted
3. Miami NCAA investigation hit the brakes and turned around
4. Miami offered a OC job to their best recruiter
