It's not a weak mess to me. Go ahead and convince me (and others) that part of Luke and Ice's outcry over BTW and also UM "not recruiting the inner city" line doesnt have to do with simmering anger over Randy losing his gig, and now taking it out on Al. I'm sure Randy has other friends in the Miami coaching community, no doubt, but they arent bashing UM or making up crap that isnt true as part of their butts still being hurt. Whatever man.

lol man this has nothing to do w/ Randy Shannon.... nothing, and ppl on here really need to stop saying that like it's true. It is everything to do w/ Ice Harris being let go by Golden.

Luke called him the Don and the chariman.... I'm not from Miami and dont even pretend to know whats going on but from all the evidence i have seen on here, Ice Harris is the man pulling the strings, it has nothing to do w/ Randy.

I like how he called out Coley and Cristobal at the end. So the whole CFB nations says these guys are SoFla experts but FLuke says they don't know ****. Ok then.

Well it's unclear to me that Ice was let go by Golden, I have read two different versions of what happened there. One he got let go, one he was given a chance to stay. Not sure what really happened. But still LMAO at you thinking this has nothing to do with Randy Shannon, you think Ice and Randy had nothing to do with making situation worse and getting his boy to arkansas when they have barely had a recruit of substance out of s florida in 35 years. Whatever Mr. -3352 reputation. No one's buying it.

Looking forward to the Dan Sileo interview in the "Asshats that claim to be with the program but talk **** about it at every turn" series.

Seriously, stop giving these guys a platform to spew their bull****. Doing these interviews just makes these guys think their opinion matters.

I've got no problem with Luke being upset about UM not giving Tice a look. If you ask a HS coach on his opinion of his best players, you'll always here overstatements! Right now, the next Ray Lewis and Adrian Peterson are playing at every top high school in America lol

Its clear that there's a certain group in SFLA that believes you need to cozy up to them to get their players. I guess they want to be 'recruited' just like their players. While I don't agree with it, you have to 'play ball' until THE U starts dominating again. Hire Lockette and move on!

Another thing that is clear is that Randy clearly had some deal in place when he hired Ice and this is now expected to be upheld by AG today. Maybe the top HS coaches want to know that UM can be a gateway to coaching at the college level... Whatever it is, as long as they are qualified, give it to them for now. Golden needs to lock down the state of Miami anyway he can until we are playing for championship again. After that, you won't be to pander to anyone..

Its sad, HS football is turning into AAU bball..

There's a difference between blowing the guy who's trying to kill your program and being a professional in an interview.

Ya'll boys don't understand, that ya'll sound just as ******* retarded during a meltdown as Sileo and Luke.

Good interview...Luke talks a lot, but he still love The U...his "problem" (if you want to say that) is that he wants EVERYONE in SoFla to go to the U. All he's saying is "hey, you miss out on a guy in SoFla, there is another on to look at!"

Not too dissimilar to what I posted about last week and got tons of reps/likes...Luke just loves to race bait at the same time.

Pete did a good job with this interview.

Would like to see him get Ice and Timmy Jr.

Campbell: Nothing is beyond repair. That is going to be repaired through time. You got a guy like Ice, who is like the head guy at the table down here. He’s the Don of this, the older statesman. You just did that to the chairman of the board, so it has to be repaired. The other part of it is communication, which will take a moment, and at the same time they’re going to have to get someone down there that we know.

This is where the BS is buried. He talks about 'you just did that' to Ice. Did WHAT? What did anyone do to Ice?

The whole thing is a set up. Ice is ****ed about Shannon and Luke knows that. No chance he doesn't. So he's covering for Ice here.

If Luke loved UM like he says, he'd call Ice right the **** out. He'd say that dude has an agenda, and is butthurt about **** that has not one ******* thing to do with how many local kids we take (notice what went on when Ice was at UM), or where DK goes to school (with Shannon, where Ice wanted him all along).

Sorry, Luke played bob and weave and Ariz let him get away with spinning and deflecting on the most important topic covered (and the main reason why the interview even happened).
