Looking forward to reading more about him and watching him throughout the AA week. I'm inclined to say he's a better prospect than Mccord and would likely contribute on our team (with our holes) immediately.

This is completely off topic, but the gifs you guys post, are f'n incredible.

The Spider Man and Iron Man gif had me crying laughing. You guys are off the grid man. Well done.

Didn't know he took an unofficial visit to Alabama though. Still, this kid has to be a 'CAne and he seems like he's smart with a great attitude.

yeah I check in there every now and then for some stories but I'm here 90% of the time..... the posters here are 100 times more active

On that ND board in the AQM thread, he did an interview with mike farrell at the AA game and said something like "i liked winning with shumate at our first high school, i liked winning with shumate at our second high school , i would like to win with him in the future. I know where I want to go right now."

Makes me take a step down, but he also allegedly said glowing things about Miami in another AA game interview. Don't have a copy or note from that though.
I'm not going to assume he commits just yet. ND has been the favorite for awhile, but I think its between us and them. We'll see Jan 4th I guess

I saw the interview and he said that about ND, but also said he would love to be coached by somebody on the Rutgers staff who used to be one of his HS coaches. And he said he knows where he wants to go after he got asked if he knows where he wants to go, not right after talking about ND IMO you couldn't tell anything from that interview really, except that UM did a good job of selling his mom. It would be beyond strange for a kid to commit to a school he's never seen just because his friend likes it. He has another close friend at Rutgers, anyway. Bakas thinks it is between UM and Rutgers, FWIW.

I don't think it was quoted that way. Here is how it was posted on that board:

"Interview w/ Farrell at the AA check in said he loved winning with Shumate at their first high school he loved winning at their second high school together and would love to continue to winning with Shumate."

end of quote I think.

Then the ND poster follows up with:

Said he knows where he is going right now.
