I thought it was a double as well. Looked like it was headed to the right center gap. Center fielder was in the right spot.

Wonder what a guy like Gil will do next year if he doesn't get taken in the draft. Would he consider coming back to fill the DH spot and maybe rotate between 3rd and DH with Morales...Miami will most likely be losing some of their offensive talent so wouldn't mind seeing him return and possibly find his old self

Can't see him getting drafted at all this year. Hasn't hit well enough and his defense has been a liability. He could lock down the DH spot next year

That’s what I hate about this system.

The players are never going to question JT’s pitch selection, whereas if ADC/Perez chose that sequence, JT could fix it.

He's clearly losing/lost command of his pitches. They must be trying to get a certain number of innings out of Garland because I would have made the change 2 batters ago before the game gets out of hand.
