Wasn't that what Alonzo Highsmith was going to be for? Don't think there is anyway that cristobal will ever be gone unless he just retires for health or family reasons

I'm not hurt because I'm used to it like everyone else. Plus we all watch this team struggle against the likes of almost everybody. Felt good to win. But I didn't have any faith in Mario to win that last game. I went into it optimistic and hopeful but realistic.

The season would have just been better had we had big games. The season felt like we beat Florida and then hung on for as long as we could.

At this point I'm just hoping for solid CIS carnage in the offseason until September.

I was over the "hurting" stuff years ago. Today it is a sunny 60 something degrees in central Florida and I will be enjoying my cigar and bourbon. Have no time to worry about the failures of overpaid NIL players and coaches.

You raise a very point , things in football are very different from days of old .
I’ve tried to hang on to those past days only to get hurt , you’ve actually opened my eyes and your post right here speaks volumes.

I was becoming GRUMPY holding on to something I needed to let go and move on.

I only hurt my old Cane memory of a time of rings .

I have let them file away in my heart stored away to access when I want to remember glory.

This very short post of yours volumes so true it hurts.

I’m fine. I’ve felt like we were a paper tiger since VT. The major issues on defense were getting more and more each week leading up to that game. Right then I knew it was only a matter of time this team hits a wall. On top of they Mario hadn’t had his Mario game yet.

National title offense with a garbage Defense. The defense was the equivalent of Jordan Travis’s leg.
