Anthony Hundley Decommits

Got to do something different, we by far lead the country in decommitments the last 5 years. Even Sorry *** willy Taggart hasn’t had a single decommitment in his 2020 class. I know We can drop kids but these decommitment notes that drop and etc is just bad for perception really
Part of that has to be driven by coaching staff churn. We have had three head coaches since 2014. Each change inflates turnover. It would be interesting to compare our situation to that of other schools who have had similar coaching changes.

Does this kid attend Booker T? Lol! I was at the game yesterday and he didn’t make one meaningful play against an Apopka OL that is atrocious. Hes doing us a favor here.

These families have found the model to make some fast cash. And in this society that’s the only way to get it, or the only way they want to get it.

I highly doubt that's the reason because the D-Coordinator was elevated to head coach. All the defensive staff was retained except the d line coach who got a better job.

Way too much overreaction about a '21 kid most of us havent even heard of.
That's because the kid never deserved a scholly to begin with and then he disrespected a gift he doesn't deserve. It's irritating and I agree we need to stop offering fringe players like this kid two years out.

What I really want to know is who was the first recruit to use the term “respect my decision” and “enjoy the process”. That poor bastid should have gone taint and trademarked those sayings. Oh the royalties....

Pretty much.

Kids are excitable and prone to impulse decisions. You get a coach in one's face at 16, most are going to commit prior to their junior year. Parents then take the wise course and say they should think about, explore all their options, and you end up with a decommit who wants to go through the recruiting process.

We aren't Bama or Clemson. This is the end result and you can bet if this or any other decommit is a player, we'll still recruit the **** out of them.

Quit acting like amateurs to all of this. Leave the bs comments out of it. If he or any of the other decommits balls out and comes back, you'll all ride his nuts. Your comments, which matter little in the grand scheme of things, aren't even worth noting. At the best, the recruits ignore them, at the worst it gets a recruit to say f'them and their dumb *** fanbase.
