Another new twist to the 2020 Season

If they did this they need to limit the amount of analyst and ops you can have.

This is the important point.

And would be important regardless of whether they implemented this new rule or not.

'Bama is about to clone Bear Bryant and make him an analyst.

Analysts already essentially do this by coaching through the position coaches, i.e. telling the defensive line coach to tell #15 to drop his pad level lower

Let's not lose sight, the D1FOC and the NCAA are devils who strategically think how to freeload off of college players.

This is actually a good thing.

We can take advantage of this in the same way that other programs do too.

If I'm Manny I'm looking up coaches who are at FCS or even D2 programs that have already had their season cancelled & seeing if they'd like a quick pay raise & move to Miami.

I'd go get Alvin Slaughter from Northwestern St (he's a Miami guy who used to coach at Pace) or someone like Antonio Fenelus who's a CB's coach at East Central University, he played his college ball at Wisconsin but he's originally from Boca Raton.

We see the impact it's already had with adding guys like Lockette & Hyppolite, it's time we fight this War with the SEC powers & beat them at their own game.

Every advantage they try to give them, we can use it too, go find coaches that can both help us in recruiting & with on the field X's & O's development as well.

YOUR WELCOME COACH ORGERON

YOUR WELCOME COACH ORGERON

Sometimes you really have to wonder who is reading these boards.

Schools have a kid on work study, “buddy, you read the Florida schools boards. If you find something that is interesting being it to us.”

“Boss, you read the Georgia and Alabama schools boards....”

Guess which team this favors? Perhaps one with a half-dozen former head coaches as analysts??
Butch Jones, Charlie Strong, Mike Stoops and Major Applewhite for example....

NCAA TO CONSIDER CHAMPIONSHIP REWARDS (UT) Indianapolis - The NCAA Board of Competitive Fairness is considering a rule change that would grant rewards to the winners of the national championship. Under consideration includes a proposal to allow an increase in scholarships to 110 student athletes, allowing an additional position coach, and permitting analysts to operate during the year in infield coaching capacities. Each winner would get such benefits for five years, and additional benefits would be granted for consecutive national championships. The NCAA is leaning towards acceptance, feeling that it would drive up interest in the sport and increase internal competition to gain such rewards.

Bama already has that many players! So, now instead of 20 or 25 5* bama will have 40-50 5* at that rate there gonna resemble my ncaa 14 miami team when i create 25 made up players and i recruit them all to my team and have a team full of 5*
