Artie Burns got his pay back and picked off Kevin Olsen later in practice!!! The competition on green tree in the next 3-5 years is going to be amazing. Just like the old days when practice was harder than games. :cigar:

really getting excited about the artie burns hype coming from the UA practices. kid seems like a baller. also got pumped when i read he threw a kid into a fence because he was frustrated. thats the kind of energy we need from our players, especially when he turns that into motivation and it fuels him to get a pick a little bit later. hope he comes in and balls at corner

I'm the only person that likes Burns better than Hargreaves.
 
Day 3 Notes from ESPN:

Denver Kirkland voted top OL of the day. Robert Nkemdiche was impressed. "Denver Kirkland is good because when he gets where he is going he is able to use his size and strong hands to stone his man off the ball,” he said.
 
Being compared to Raynoch Thompson is no joke. He was nicknamed KYHO at Tennessee (Knock Your Head Off). Great collegiate player. Monster on that title team.

I love that Olsen is outplaying Shane Morris. He did it at the Elite 11 comp, and he's doing it again now. That Morris kid seems overrated...big arm, but his decision making doesn't compare to Olsen's.

The other sites are showing Olsen as outplaying Morris. And I think Olsen is taking first team reps.../fingers crossed I'd like to see him start. I also watched some clips of all the 2 minute drill throws from both QBs at the Elite 11...Morris looked average at best, where Olsen was very impressive.
