Looks like Bain commited to LSU, no shocker, but 1 less DT to hope for. Bryant, Liner, Bostwick, Hardison, and Bradley left.

Why would you say 1 less DT?

In what world is Bain a DT?

Bain is being recruited to LSU by defensive backs coach Corey Raymond, The 6-foot-3, 300-pound defensive tackle prospect out of University School in Ft. Lauderdale Lakes, Fla. would be a welcomed addition to the LSU’s Class of 2013, With the looming departure of senior defense defensive tackle Josh Downs, as well as the possible departure of defensive tackle Bennie Logan, who is projected as a first round pick in April’s NFL Draft, the Tigers need to replenish its defensive line.

Apparently LSU's

It will be interesting to watch the develop of Bain and Briscoe over the next few years.

Didn't he switch to OL out of necessity of depth. His natural position looks to be DT, and it looks that all his recruitment has been for projection at DT.

I swear to God...every report I hear, is how our guys are out there tearing it up, but they ain't gettin no camera time...'sup with that?

We have an alum base that works during the day in far greater percentages than 'Bama and FSU, who are waiting to start their shifts as pizza deliverymen.

Just saw a Army game notebook posted on ESPN, any insiders able to see anything about our guys??

All reports from the last 2 days on ESPN insider. Here is the summary. Any info related to Miami:

Semper Fi Game-

No mention of Colllins, Grace or Whitfield in any of their articles.

Under Armour Game

Maquedius Bain (DT) chooses LSU today.

ESPN Insider Jeremy Crabtree mentions Reuben Foster....no mention of Canes in his final picks. Say's he plans on visiting Alabama, Auburn, Georgia, South Carolina and Washington. Not sure where that leaves us, but Peter says he's visiting here. This is a confusing statement from Foster “I like the atmosphere at Washington,” Foster said. “When I see the sunshine, pretty trees, and people having fun on yachts; it reminds me of Florida.”

Crabtree also says Dee Liner had a dominating day at camp and understands the interest this young man is getting. Confirms his visit to Miami, but ultimatly believes it will come down to Auburn and Alabama. His quote kind of sounds like he just wants the visit. “I am taking an official to Miami Jan. 11, although I have not finalized the visit just yet,” Liner said. “I want to see how it is down there and get to know the coaches. Who would not want to visit Miami?”

Deion Sanders said this about Artie: “I think Artie Burns is going to be a tremendous safety in college. I love that he makes plays on the ball and competes every snap.

U.S. Army Game

Alquadin Muhammad still plans to announce during game.

Derrick Green continues to be the most impressive back on the East team. Said he shined in early morning practice.

The two throws at 3:26 wow.

Wait till Jedd gets a hold of him. He has great touch & finesse. He has a natural feel as to how hard the ball needs to be thrown. His mechanics are very good for a high school senior. It'll be interesting to see if he hits that same growth spurt his brother did.

I'm hoping he doesn't hit that same ability "spurt" his brother Chris did.

Some quick notes:

-Rivals was impressed with Kevin Olsen today, and his coach told ITU he's shaken off the rust. He was taking first team reps.

- 247 was impressed with RLIII and said that contrary to popular belief he is a pretty good player. They liked his route-running and hands and suggested he could be a slot receiver.

- 247 said Denver Kirkland was "kicking ***" and Scout listed him as the best OL of the day. He was playing RT.

- Scout named Matthew Thomas the top LB performer of the day and said he looked good in coverage. LaVar Arrington told ITU that Thomas isa clone of Raynoch Thompson (Tennessee/Arizona Cardinals) and said he canbe a star with added weight.

- 247 said Jermaine Grace was very active and has done some really nice things throughout the week.

- Artie Burns's DB coach said Burns earned the starting spot at strong safety and sees him as a safety at the next level. Opposing WRs told ITU that Burns isvery strong in press coverage and doesn't talk much.

I'm on my phone so I will post more later.

Al Goldens world. The only one that ******* matters. Not being recruited as a DT here, end of story.
