Alex Collins finally signs with Arkansas

Now this is just taking it too far. Its losing sight of the fact that the kid has earned himself a full ride to a University. Just be proud of the kid and let him go.

I know right. Dooley was basically on ESPN talking about how you have to have street agents to get things done and no one questioned a word

She didn't go on the visit. Collins doesn't live with her. I would say it isn't likely.

Let him go. Will be burned out in two years under Burtie anyway. We don't need this drama. It isn't like there is a shortage of stud running backs in Florida every year.

it was also happening at 11, 1, 1:15 and now 1:30.. people are just throwing out times. pretty sure an announcement isn't coming for a while now that there are lawyers involved

Where did you read the announcement was happening at 11, 1, and 1:15? IIRC, this is the first time anything about the new announcement has been published (http://www.miamiherald.com/2013/02/07/3221997/alex-collins-family-hires-lawyer.html). If I'm wrong I'll go kick rocks, but this announcement is happening sooner rather than later.

Lawyers getting involved doesn't necessarily mean anything; just because AC's mom wants him to stay home, doesn't mean she is going to get her wish. AC has other methods of submitting a valid LOI (via Father as per Steve Gorten report) so the lawyers might simply delay the inevitable

as of 2 days ago I thought he didnt even know who his dad was, They need to do a blood test to make sure........Also if it is his dad but mom has custody how would the dad be allowed to sign for him anyways?

How much did arky shell out to track this dude down? Alex collins may not have ever even met this dude before.
