LOL, so basically this kid flew all the way to Atlanta, to announce at like 10pm, on a channel that no one can get, and otherwise would be broadcasting women's archery from Bangladesh. Because just doing a ceremony with his family at school would be too small time? Man this has just gotten so ridiculous with these kids. Your a high school senior selecting a college. This is not the grand culmination of anything, its just the beginning of a long journey.

If the kid was going to announce for us, he would have been announcing here, with his family and friends around him. Instead he's up there solo, didnt want to break his mama's heart in front of the media.

I would disagree considering the amount of time spent following this stuff. You posted in this thread so it makes no sense for you to try and downplay the significance. You're part of the problem, as is every else posting in this thread, me included.
