AH4 update

I don’t know if richt purposely has players hold off to make a NSD splash but if he does and this comes thru, his strategy will work as we will be all over the talk on NSD as we close out better than anyone and end w a top 3 class.

I have a different take on Mark Richt. I don't think Signing Day splashes and major theatrics is really anything he proactively encourages. I think he comes in as the guy who says I'm different in that everyone else wants to pressure you to make an announcement or cancel a visit, but I'm here to be the guy who tells you it's okay to take care of yourself first. Do the media you want to do, make the announcement you want to make and do it on your own terms. The more we see players behaving this way the more I think things are leaning in our favor. I can't tell you that I believe we get all four of these kids. But people thinking we are getting 0 or 1 are mistaking themselves we are not in the Golden Era anymore. I honestly believe we have won a major recruiting battle that hasn't shown up yet but will on Wednesday.

The truth is obvious. How does DSJ know that PS2 is a lock? Because he is PS2 from 20 years in the future, coming back to cheer Miami fans up through dark times. Time travel, yo. TFWIW I have a class with Rousseau and a scaife and today rosseau was saying he thinks Nesta is gone but scaife thinks he’s just playing games. They also both said that we locked down some dt (wasn’t Briggs or Chatman I’m 90% sure it was Coburn)

So our own players have absolutely ZERO clue whats going on.

The DT could have been Miller.

Nesta is the only recruit I see us landing. Man this board is going to meltdown. The way things are trending this might be one of the recruiting finishes in a long time.

I just wanted to clear I understand your thought process here. In your opinion getting two official visits from elite players who most thought wouldn't set foot on our campus a few weeks ago constitutes a negative trend?

There just visits. Every recruiting analyst is saying we have little to no shot. I understand anything can happen but I just don't see it. I see us finishing with Nesta, Chatman and ezzard. If that happens then we really didn't have a strong finish at all because nesta has been a lock for awhile and we are already loaded at WR. Good class just not a great finish but I hope im wrong.

I think Pete's sources inside the Hecht dried up once they learned he was running game for **** Nose Melki Kawa. Seeing as he just announced he's joining his agency firm, it's not a hard connection to make...

Melki is a ****boy. He tried coming to our table at 11 last week cause njoku was with us. Told the bouncer to move out his way & let him in cause hes with dave. I made dave tell him get his own table & spend his own bread. Till then stay outside the ropes.

I will always love Dabo except when he play against my Canes bc if Dabo wouldn't have blown the Doors off of Golden, none of this would be possible. Okay. I just want to make sure I understood how your mind works. You seem to be onto something that's all. I trust recruiting analyst who live in the middle of a Cleveland Ohio basement too. I guess for a second I was thinking that an elite recruit, with offers from everybody, who didn't even list us in his top 5 or 6, who is now spending his last official visit on campus, making it the fourth or fifth time he's come to see you might be positive momentum.
