Sweet Jesus on a cross, put 55 at Center and watch him improve
Remember how we were told all offseason by the pro-Enos crowd that his O stresses out a D because they have so much to think about? Man, those were the good old days.Regarding Enos, I find it bizarre that opposing DCs specifically say that they've got your number, that your O is easy to figure out, and you do nothing. It's bad enough when the product on the field makes it obvious that they've figured us out, but now coaches are coming out and saying it. They're telling Enos how easy it is to attack his offense and how they don't fear what he's doing.
How does this not **** you off? How does this not spur you to make changes, to become awesome? Your opponents think you suck, show them they're wrong. Act like you fcking care.
Yeah, he's giving them lots of things to think about, unfortunately most of them don't work. And it's super frustrating that he doesn't use the ones that do work more often.Remember how we were told all offseason by the pro-Enos crowd that his O stresses out a D because they have so much to think about? I was thinking most of them make them laugh.Yeah, he's giving them lots of things to think about, unfortunately most of them don't work. And it's super frustrating that he doesn't use the ones that do work more often.
We were told this by the HC tooRemember how we were told all offseason by the pro-Enos crowd that his O stresses out a D because they have so much to think about? Man, those were the good old days.
It also helped that OU has had two Quarterbacks that has excellent pocket presence. That goes for Hurts as well. Can't sack someone who will bolt once no one is open lol.Oklahoma had four of their five starting offensive lineman drafted last year.
The fifth starter was not draft eligible . He is projecting as a first rounder in the upcoming draft.
it’s very easy to call for the firing of this guy or that guy and then bring in this guy or that guy. But when you watch Oklahoma play their QB has the luxury of watching almost every play develop to where they can look at their first second and even third options before taking off.
Can Enos be better? Yes of course. But this whole “scheming around” thing sometimes it’s just not possible to the degree some people want.
That’s 2 dc’s saying that in a row pretty much regardless of qbRegarding Enos, I find it bizarre that opposing DCs specifically say that they've got your number, that your O is easy to figure out, and you do nothing. Largely because Manny had a problem with him.We were told this by the HC too

Smh how often does it happen where the opposing coach admits to the press that he figured out the offense after the first drive. That's a direct shot at Enos.
There is no strategic reason to say that so you wonder why say it.
Fvcked up part, is that I actually think Enos system could work with an ok OL, but we don't have that AT ALL. To make it worse he is too **** proud/not capable of scraping everything and adapt.Largely because Manny had a problem with him.
Here's the thing. You hire an OC that gives others fits, not just you. Manny thinks that if Enos gives him fits, he must be great. The numbers suggested otherwise, though.
A better line, and a QB that can actually hit those deep passes.Fvcked up part, is that I actually think Enos system could work with an ok OL, but we don't have that AT ALL. To make it worse he is too **** proud/not capable of scraping everything and adapt.

It was probably after his D took the ball away 117 times in 3 minutes, and they went on to win the game.Did Foster say this before or after his D coughed up a 28 point lead in 30 minutes?
If he figured out the offense how come he lost?
That's not the point. It was just shocking to hear an opposing coach say that. I'm sure others have thought the same thing but won't say it out of respect and strategic reasons.
