No friend. This is why people who say the preseason rankings dont matter are dumb

Remember though, the AP Poll doesn’t impact the CFP rankings. I’ve fully accepted we will be ranked probably like 8-10 in the initial CFP rankings. ESPN has already started planting those seeds.Big game. We win the right way, we move up to #4. Penn St. plays Ohio St.
3 vs 4.
We need to move up because IF we lose the ACC championship game, we stay in the top 12.
No chance, If anything I see us higher than our ranking now.Remember though, the AP Poll doesn’t impact the CFP rankings. I’ve fully accepted we will be ranked probably like 8-10 in the initial CFP rankings. ESPN has already started planting those seeds.
I’d say a fair ranking is 5. Oregon, whoever wins between PSU vs OSU, UGA, and Texas being above us is fair. Us and Texas could be interchangeable but I am not upset if they are 4.No chance, If anything I see us higher than our ranking now.
Nailed it.Clemson will lose one of their next three. They have not been tested since week one and they failed that test horribly.
I see us around 5-6.No chance, If anything I see us higher than our ranking now.
We need to win the next 4 games by more than TDs each. Can’t keep leaving room for error.Whether we like it or not the most important thing outside of winning the remainder of our games is style points.
National TV again this weekend we need to come out play well and look good. We can’t be sloppy and scrape by what most people consider mediocre teams.
We did what we were projected to do versus FSU and were rewarded for it. That needs to be the case from here on out.
Not directly, but the Committee pays attention to the polls for sure.Remember though, the AP Poll doesn’t impact the CFP rankings. I’ve fully accepted we will be ranked probably like 8-10 in the initial CFP rankings. ESPN has already started planting those seeds.

All I’m saying is, I wouldn’t be the least bit shocked if Tennessee, ND and TAMU are ahead of us in the initial CFP rankings. The SEC bias is real, and ND is ND.
