ACC Conference Pride?

I want utter SEC failures.

UL over UK
GT over UGA
Miss St over OleMiss
FSU over UF
Vandy over UT
Clemson over usce
Auburn over Bama
Arkansas over Missouri
OU over LSU

I may have to go with Texas over ATM. They are in no matter the case so may as well push atm out with a fourth loss. Plus that hurts ND.

Speaking of ND, let’s see USCw beat them.

Because it doesn’t matter in the NFL? It’s purely merit based in the NFL. There’s no beauty contest to determine who gets into the playoffs and who doesn’t.

While in college football, who you beat, how you beat them, and the optics around your program/conference are incredibly important.

I don’t give a sh*t about Clemson or Georgia Tech. But a GT win vs a potential SEC champion in Georgia is ABSOLUTELY massive.

Clemson has been dogged by their weak schedule. There’s a stat out there that’s like Clemson has only beaten 1 team with a winning record. A win vs USCe validates that there may be more parity between the conferences then people think.
Yeah, the day the NFL has a committee picking a 10-7 AFC North team over a 11-6 AFC East team because they "feel" the AFC North team has more quality wins and losses is the day I'll start rooting for the Jills, Jests, and Patsies. And even then, I'd be doing it for Dolphin advantage, not any pride in the rest of the AFC East.

Furman
MSTU
Wake
Ga Southern
UK
USCe
LSU
OU
Arky
UGA
UF
Miss St.

You were given the obligatory SEC mulligan with the UK loss.
Then you go and lose to the gator, smh.
The UGA win can only take you so far.

i don't typically care about ACC vs SEC but this year is the main difference, SEC is legitimately down and they are still publicly crying. there's also all the data in the world showing that ACC has fared well against the teams that the "top" sec teams are struggling against (or straight up losing against)

GT vs UGA, Louisville vs Kentucky, FSU vs UF (hope both lose), and Clemson vs SEC

ACC winning 3/4 of those would be great

I’m all about the Lagway hype train. Completing 58% of his passes with 9TDs. Take away his FCS game against Samford and he’s at 55% for 1000 yards with 6 TDs and 6 picks. Yeah for a 5* he ain’t it. Keep hyping him up though. Gives uf Billy for another season at least.

The inter-conference lovefest has always been bizarre.

Do you see Jets fans rooting for the Patriots or Bills or Dolphins, and chanting “AFC EAST!”?

Kiffin can **** off with those comments, now with that being said - I’m rooting for GT this weekend because it strengthens our schedule.

Clemson I could give two ***** about.

Came across On3's post about Lane Kiffin crapping on Clemson as well as the ACC & Big12 as a whole. I like many of you HATE the ACC as a staff, record label and mf crew. One thing I noticed however, is the mediocre SEC teams talk down on everyone else like they are big **** and its hilarious. I would never pull for a hated ACC foe for conference pride but idk starting to hope Clemson beats the ***** and FSU by some miracle beat UF, granted I thrive off negativity and enjoy chaos among other fanbases. Just find it crazy how middle tier SEC teams ride off the coattails of Bama and recently UGA and act like big dogs. Should we begin to pull for ACC when up against SEC going forward? Or just remain indifferent? Ngl getting tired of the SEC hypotheticals!

I come in peace, don't jump me - Happy Thanksgiving!

Hey Lane N. Carolina is open apply for the job.

The only thing I hate more than the acc is the $ec and their holier than thou attitudes. I hope every acc team playing an $ec team this weekend wins except one. I won't say it but you know if you know. I need our ****** *** conference to have a winning record against those cheating mf'ers so in a couple weeks when the cucks start crying about 2 maybe 3 acc teams getting into the playoffs.. we can just point to the record and say, your records say who you are.

I hate the SEC ****. Absolutely despise it. Grew up in it. Went to college in it. Hate it.

The problem is, it has so clearly worked that it’s hard to argue against doing the same thing. How many recruits do you hear saying “I want to play in the ACC”? None. SEC? Like, all of them. Should that matter? No. But when the metrics people are looking at take recruiting talent composite into account in the formula, it matters.

How many times does a mediocre ACC team upset a top team in the conference and people are saying “Deep conference, anyone can beat anyone”? Never. Meanwhile we had to listen to talk about “Not the same old Vandy” just because they beat a wildly mediocre Bama team despite them losing to a 3 win GA State two weeks before that.

I know Bama fans that hate Clemson more than any SEC team other than Auburn, and even that is close. They root for each other outside of the games against each other. It’s ******* weird, and gross, and at the same time they have saturated the conversation with the idea that they’re the best and it has become the common thought. And when everything is completely subjective, that matters.

agree. And yes, it is true that Clemson has only beaten one team with a winning record: Pitt, with an overall record of 7-4. And in conference, Pitt is now 3-4, so have a losing record.

clemson's OOC games were App State (5-5) , The Citadel (5-7), UGA ( 9-2, loss for Clemson) and South Carolina( this week)

**** them ******

We didn’t even play bc this year, but when they played VT they wanted to clique up and started throwing the U down. goofy *** conference.

This man better pray the SEC wins every bowl game they play this year or he should be torched with the heat of 3 suns.

And we all know they won't. 🤦🏾‍♂️

Clemson is a fair example right now at least. They played one SEC team and got mauled. Granted they have a chance to change that on Saturday.

Notice he didn't call out Miami, with our win over the gators he can't say **** to us
