The so called "dap" has adapted over the years. I would call the video above "the new school dap." What we called a dap back in the day, you youngsters hijacked and call a pound and and a fist bump (sounds so week).

What I would call on old school dap or OG dap, in today's terms, is a pound by each person followed by a fist bump.

A S&C coach spends how much time with the kids? They are on their own most of the time and when you recruit lazy kids that don’t want to put in the effort, only so much you can do
