Probably looked effortless too, didn't he?
Spot on, my man. He is smooth as silk. He has the 200m coming up a bit later......trying to find an outlet to charge my phone, in efforts of getting some vids to share.

I have a video of Mallory 110 Hurdles; he got smoked, but as an TE, that was to be expected. I am not sure how to post the video (advice welcomed).

BTW: He looks huge as f'uck, compared to his playing weight last year. Whatever training regiment that he is currently on, is working, to say the least.
Need the video por favor

Some idiot called Pope slow on here a few months back. We no longer have a speed issue on this team.

I apologize for the quality of the two above videos. I clearly was caught up in the race and forgot I was recording. Either way, it's better than nothing. Will Mallory is going to be a beast at The U. You can tell that he has been hitting the gym pretty hard.

I recall people saying AR82 was “smooth” but not fast. Some players make it look effortless thus the “slow” knee jerk reaction.
Lynn Swan Hall of Famer of the 1970s Steelers teams was an official 24'10" long jumper in high school and ran the 100 yards in 9.9 about a 10.7--100 meters he had the same type of effortless playing style.

People who run short distances have more fast twitch fibers than ones who run longer races which tend to have more slow twitch fibers. It’s a direct correlation

Dr Brock, how do you know this, I am inquisitive as to your knowledge of fibers relating to twitches, seriously.

FYI: During my conversation with Artie Burns yesterday, he said that Thomas was going to only run track during his freshman year at Miami, but will join the football team as a CB during his sophomore year, in addition to running track.

Interesting. Thanks for info.

I read your earlier post where you said he got “smoked” (as an observation, not as a put down) and … if Mallory, with 10.99 (legal) speed was 50 lbs lighter, I truly believe he would have run sub-13.90 - which is a full second faster. And, it would have been the fastest time in the state.

Go back and watch his junior year film where he absolutely ROASTS two P-5 DBs who were supposed to be great. The boy can play. I know some can’t see him anywhere but TE but there’s a bunch of us who believe he can be just as dangerous NOT playing TE. Dugans and Hartley will be fighting for him. LOL.
He reminds me of Mike Gesicki from Penn State.

He’s that same kind of athlete just a tad shorter and a bit more fluid with the ball in his hands.
