I think the DC is taken care a lot sooner than previous hires but this isn’t in reference to that . I’ll just leave it at that . You’ll know when it happens. It shouldn’t take too long either imo.

There’s definitely some truth to that, but in large organizations it can take a few go arounds to get it straight. Mario has not been a home run by any stretch, but he has shown a willingness to address and make serious attempts to fix the organizational issues he’s had so far.

The question is does Mario see it or head in the sand.

The issue at its core is Mario. Sniffin has no business to be in the role he is in. It’s Mario that put him there which puts into question his ability to identify properly. I’ve heard it’s because he trusts him but even if that’s true, it doesn’t change the fact that it’s been a major mistake. I’m sure at some point here Mario will move on from Sniffin but it doesnt change the reality that he himself isn’t that great at this.

The bill of goods we have been sold is that Mario knows how a big time modern program is run and is installing that here. I have no doubt he knows and has seen how one runs, he spent years at Bama but I doubt he can actually execute it and the evidence is just piling up now.

And I still don’t. But that doesn’t have anything to do with this staffs inability to be buttoned up far too often when it comes to this staff nor does it change the fact that he shouldn’t be calling the shots to begin with.
