Are we talking about the DC hire here or some sort of off-field department restructure?Big upgrade imo.

Not @Cribby obviously but I read it as internal operations upgrade. Are we talking about the DC hire here or some sort of off-field department restructure?
So does that mean this kid could possibly be back on the table…you know since he’s the one being discussed.Glad to hear everybody got on the horn. I know the Portal is moving at lightning speed right now and Miami is being aggressive on a ton of fronts, while also playing defense.
I think the DC is taken care a lot sooner than previous hires but this isn’t in reference to that . I’ll just leave it at that . You’ll know when it happens. It shouldn’t take too long either imo.Are we talking about the DC hire here or some sort of off-field department restructure?
Big upgrade imo.
Start on pg 10 or so. It’s been an interesting last few hours.17 pages for a UTSA LB or is something else going on here?
A lack of organizational structure or clarity is a disappointment because that was one thing we banked that Mario would bring.
I’m 2/2 on ***/impregnantions. Gonna stop while I’m batting 1.000
Scheduling my snip for the same day we’re already in the hospital.

Pretty sure the guy who broke the Guidry news on 247 a couple days ago said they’re restructuring how they’re gonna evaluate guys
ABD. Anyone but Dennis
The issue at its core is Mario. Sniffin has no business to be in the role he is in. It’s Mario that put him there which puts into question his ability to identify properly. I’ve heard it’s because he trusts him but even if that’s true, it doesn’t change the fact that it’s been a major mistake. I’m sure at some point here Mario will move on from Sniffin but it doesnt change the reality that he himself isn’t that great at this. The question is does Mario see it or head in the sand.
That's crazyNo he’s not, he didn’t see him as a take and overruled other staff members that offered and scheduled the visit.
Let this stick for the people who say that Smith doesn’t have authority in those decisions. This is the SECOND person who deals directly with prospects to say this. But ya’ll continue to think otherwise.
When you got an agenda you use everything to push itTrue and I’m glad we have that confirmation. But on the first page of this thread you agreed he wasn’t a take.
