A Few Guys Arguing Non-Stop [F/K/A "Let’s check on Lane Kiffen"]

Claim: Lane Kiffin has been there 3 years, so beating a down LSU team is possible.

CIS fanboys: “FLORIDA STATE AND TEXAS A&M BEAT MIAMI”

Another WTF?
you cant claim mario is better than lane and then use 2 teams mario lost 2 and 1 that you call mediocre that dog walked him.

So yea wtf!

Actually I didn’t say I’m right, u’re wrong; I implied I know & u don’t know chit bout his time at SC. Big difference
You said you cant win this which implies you are right.

Did you play at usc under lane?

I have friends that plaued at wake and ecu and would never claim to know the entire inner workings.

TrumpyCane wants to know what does it say about Kiffin that’s he ended up at Ole Miss of all places

Even Auburn said no thank you and took the prostitute caller instead

Oh, so Ole Miss didn't increase his pay to keep him as Auburn came calling. Wasn't Ole Miss supposed to be a rehab job, that's what everyone said here. It was a step up from his previous gig and it's landed him some offers elsewhere. Auburn was a lateral move with unrealistic expectations. He wisely passed.

Nice try, but stick to Twitter.

Typical “are you dense” post. So expected around here. People can’t just disagree. So immature.

It took you a long time to really just write “we don’t really know how he would do at Miami”, since he hasn’t done anything spectacular at any stop.

You know, when you don't have an answer to anything I've typed, your post is exactly par for the course around here.

If you had a shred of credibility, you'd admit he shouldn't even be in three of his last 6 games, the other three are a toss up.

Your 1 and 5 as some sort of meaningful condemnation of the man has been eviscerated. Carry on though.

I can claim that Mario is better than Lane because I’m smart enough not to hold a guy’s first year at a school that hasn’t won in 20+ years against him.

That's a doozy of a post.

We just saw arguably our worst season ever. It's certainly at the top of the list since we won our first national championship.

Last year equalled the highest win total for them in their 117 years of playing football. Win percentage wise, you have to go back to the dark ages to find a better season.

That program has been stuck in mediocrity for almost it's entire existence. You want to talk about 20 plus, try 117 years.

Claim what you want, it was a **** show.

So youre smart enough to know 85-47 is better than 67-67

how many games did richt win in his first year? Same miami that hadnt won in years. Can you explain the difference.

I know wtf does richt have ro do with anything. Well you brought up miami not winning in 20 years.

Ole Miss was a rehab job?

TrumpyCane wants to know what his 3 years at Bama were, his 3 years at FAU were?

Guy has been in coaching rehab for 9 years now

Richt won 9 games because Golden left him NFL talent scattered throughout the roster

TrumpyCane wants to know if you think the roster left by Golden and Diaz are in anyway similar?

On the come up, you could say it is. People claimed it here. Cocaine Lane banging coeds, won't stick around, etc. People have been giving every excuse in the book why he couldn't coach here. Always loved the won't stick around one as every coach we've had that brought us a ship didn't stick around either. They headed off soon after.

Exactly. What does Richt and his 9-4 season have to do with anything.

I see we’re still holding FIU and their 0-12 program against Mario. You’ll never learn.

A phenomenal, national title caliber coach in his third year is a “toss up” against Sam Freaking Pittman who lost at home to Liberty a week earlier?

These dudes are making Ole Miss sound like Rutgers. Any win at all makes Lane Kiffin an amazing coach.

So Lane Kiffin is excused because of Ole Miss’ history.

But we’re counting FIU against Mario’s career record.

Sounds about right.

You mean who lost to LSU the week before. You apparently forgot a game in your infinite wisdom on the discussion at hand.

Lane put up over 700 yards in Arkansas, but lost the turnover battle. Arkansas maybe had something to prove.

Either way, Ole Miss lost and that's that.

You take care. I don't care to waste my time on someone who just keeps coming up with different things to argue while not addressing one thing I've directed your way.

Still would've taken Lane over Mario. That really eats at some apparently.

Cool, I’m glad we don’t have a coach whose third year spiraled out of control. You take care too since you’re done in this thread.
