For those of us who missed it, what did the Charlot thread say?

Pete started a thread earlier today saying we were in the game for Charlot and that he did, in fact, take an OV here last weekend. 247's Ryan Bartow reported last week that Charlot canceled the visit, so the news about Charlot caught us all off guard as a potentially pleasant and completely unexpected surprise.

Then the thread vanished and there hasn't been a word about Charlot since. Not sure whether Pete's info turned out to be incorrect or if it was deleted for another reason, i.e. Charlot secretly taking the visit and not wanting the news to get out.

Basically, we're all in the dark here and don't know what's going on. I'm assuming we have no shot at landing him, as was initially thought, but who knows?

Tallahassee (Fla.) Leon High School 4-star athlete D'Anfernee McGriff announced his decommitment from Auburn last night. Said to be down to Miami and UF. Head coach said 50/50

Just trying to drum up nonexistent suspense.

McGriff visited UF and never visited here. We never even heard about this kid as a potential option for us until the eve of his announcement. He's not coming here. We're just a hat to throw on the ground.
