IMO just as important as DL... Other than Perryman, we have just a bunch of JAGs..

Only young and McCray committed n McCray is iffy


Need elite LBs... On the field our current talent is lacking

So you just forgot about All American Owens? Smith and Jackson as hybrid DE/OLBs? Grace, Figs, and Kirby are JAGs? Dammitmane

I really would like to see another LB more like 2...but one of them needs to be extremely dynamite and pop
 
What happened to this fan base man... Fresh lbs are jags.. Ur ******* with us right? 247 has a free trial go over to that board and when it's up let us know we will all chip in and get u a subscription to stay there
 
my question is, are any of those guys a potential stud ilb ? I like grace alot, figs is a Sam Lb and Owens projects to be a stud Will lb, but who is gonna be the stud in the middle after kirby?

Jackson and Smith are DEs.., guess it depends if we play 3-4 all the time ...

Kirby is a JAG...

Grace should be great , Figs we will see, hyped all spring but hasn't done anything yet.

Want some depth, we have none this year... Missing Paul n EJ hurt bigtime

Need ELite lbs

Jackson and Smith a 3-4 linebackers all the way, Kirbys been banged up but still has time and Figs has time too. Not everybody walks in and is an All American

This is where Bond would have been a HUGE help this year. We are thin at LB, but if we bring in all the guys we have on board right now, we should have a NICE core of young ballers, someone should emerge from that group. Figs is going to be a beast. Grace is a great young talent. Owens looks like a beast. I have hope for Blue too. Young, Smith, still have hope that Kirby can take it to the next level. In another 2 or 3 years when these guys develop, our LB corps could be one of the best in the country.

That's why every **** qb looks like a heisman winner against us...

Kirby hasn't done isht, hasn't showed an ounce of potential yet

Grace hopefully will and hopefully figs...

But we aren't good enough there...,

Say what? Who the **** said anything about being happy with the defense we have? People are just saying its a bit early to write off Kirby, guy still has time to become a decent LB. Morgan and Beason werent all that their first few years here. And DJ Williams was moved to FB his first year because he couldnt sniff the field at LB as a Frosh.

Man, I don't know what you're sniffing. Morgan came here as a running back and like dude Cane4life said, Williams was moved to FB before a spot opened up at LB.
Kirby is no JAG.
Figs is a freakin True Frosh. How many of the cats you named came in and played like an AA their True Frosh year?
Grace will most likely be great.

Players need time to develop. Not sure what you're expecting.

You need to let these kids develop. They don't come in play like all Americans right off the bat.
