“Ever since I moved out here a lot of teams have definitely been on me more…it’s been a little stressful,” Henry said of his recruitment. “It’s really just Oregon, USC and Miami right now. Those are the schools I’ve been talking to the most.”

Oregon has been the program with the most buzz so far this year. The Ducks have built an impressive pipeline with Mater Dei and already have a pair of Henry’s teammates committed in offensive tackle Kodi Greene and defensive lineman Tomuhini Tupoi. Henry has been back to Eugene and continues to like what he sees from head coach Dan Lanning, new receivers coach Ross Douglas and Co.


Scanning UO’s boards, they do seem confident. They have established a bit of a pipeline to Mater Dei. I feel more confident we can sign Lamar Brown than this kid, and Brown goes to school on LSU’s campus lol.
