Tore his ACL in his senior season in HS. He was never the same and I hate to say that cause we have a couple of DB commits with some bad injuries in their senior season.

Wasn't even good before he tore his ACL. Running an 11.6 100. I'm calling busts via DM on 2 high 4 star DBs that everyone on here wanted even before they ever start their college careers. Exactly right on Flip Carswell, Ibieta, Jacurri, Trequon Fegans, Rogers, etc. I've got the receipts on Antonio Tripp too.

In October 2021. Couldn't even post it on the board because fools would drag you for any negativity.

Feels good to bump a post that correctly calls bust on 4 different 4 star commits in 1 class plus I have more saying Horton and Markeith were the only good commits we had at the time. We've found out about Horton and we'll find out about Markeith when he dips and plays at another program that gives him a shot.

I'm not sure why I can do this and our staff cannot. I don't say a **** thing unless it is blatant.

To clarify - these busts I'm calling out are all of Manny's commits in 2022. I don't have near as many complaints on Mario's commits. I have a few but typically I can see what he sees. Manny, I called it only more than half of our busts over several classes with receipts.

I also have receipts being badly wrong on Thomas Davis and I'm sure there are others. It works both ways.

Glad to hear about Mario's commits. That's one thing that gives me some hope going forward that this season is not Mario's ceiling.

People forget how bad Manny was as a talent evaluator. His classes were still our upperclassmen this year.

Mario is going to have to get a higher hit rate on his signees. That’s for sure

But I do see guys with tools. Like the Washington brothers, Kaleb Spencer, etc. I see what they see. But I haven’t seen the ability to get anything out of players that don’t come in ready to play day 1. That’s a huge concern so far
