They really liked JJ last year. Things can change obviously but I would doubt it. Then you have to take into consideration the Titans side of things and there is no way you give up the 1.01 for JJ and a late 1st. That would be the cheapest haul for that pick maybe ever.
Not really in theory you’re giving them what an 10th spot for a round pick and a 20 something for a strong pick. Maybe you have to throw in one more but it’s not as much more as you might think.

I’m not saying they’re doing it. I’m just guessing on comp based off of somebody posting about it. Their 24th round pick and if you give them the credit for JJ as a 10th pick in the first round brings you to about 2000 points so they would need 1000 more points to make it even trade for the first pick being at 3000. So call it a future second or a few third and fourth whatever it might be lots of different ways to come up with 1000.

It makes total sense if you like ward better and you’re giving up a low level round 1 pick. The points work
Why on earth would titans do that? For a guy with limited college tape, who tore his ACl and therefore missed 20% of his rookie contract value, and IF Vikings are willing to trade McCarthy and potentially more picks for Ward
, what should that indicate to the titans?! lol this isn’t like trading an older player

I disagree about safety.
It's a 3 player position group.

After Emmanwori, Watts & Starks, it's a steep drop off.

Draft's per position is about quality depth in the mid-rounds. Like at CB, outside of the 1st rounders, you have at least 8-10 Corners that can go between rounds 2-5 & still be expected to be starters/contributors.

Same thing with RB, TE, EDGE & OT in this draft. They each have players who won't get drafted in the 1st round that will be very good players in the league.

Safety has 2 sure things & 1 boom or bust prospect, then the rest is basically just backups & special teamers.

Safety & QB is pretty much the same this draft; top 3 players in their group is good, but the rest is mostly backup quality.

Yes, I do, but they may be the only 2 WR's drafted in the 1st round.

Egbuka & Savion Williams are also 2 high upside WR's who could get picked mid to late 1st.

But WR this draft has a lot more value in rounds 2-5.
I’m gunna guess tmac, Egbuka, Golden, and likely Burden end up 1st round. But I think it’ll be like no WRs drafted except for Tet maybe in teens, then just a run Of like 3 within 5-6 picks in mid 20s…

Yeah.

i can see Mukuba being be good for a team.

Haulcy and Manning and maybe like Mickey’s could be interesting, along with Winston. But yeah those aren’t to the level of CBs for sure

Good Lord, I ruptured my Achilles and it doesn't look that ugly
Last year when I had that torn tendon, my doc went "You know that looks absolutely ****ed up, right?"

There was no ankle to be seen. That **** makes your foot swell so bad.
