If he could, he would.

He didn't, because he can't.

He'll run in the 4.4's at his Miami pro-day, but pro-day times aren't real.

Thoughts on Dont’e Thornton out of Tennessee? Seems like a one trick pony but it’s hard to overlook a guy who’s 6’5 and can run a 4.3. Anyone actually saw Tennessee play this year?
It’s worrisome he didn’t produce until his final year. Didn’t do anything at Oregon and Heupel is great at scheming to get guys wide open. He might be another Chase Claypool.

He would of ran at the combine if he was going to run that time, when you don’t run at the combine and you’re not hurt it means your hiding something for a non 1st rounder

Was reading about Upton Stout DB from western Kentucky (North Texas transfer). Guy is 5’8 and did 22 reps of 225. I know that’s not important but I did more digging and he apparently killed it at the senior bowl. Also had a good game against Ohio State. Seems like he could be a steal.

It wasn’t, & he didn’t participate in the hands drill. IMHO, he’ll be a 7th Rd - UDFA. Cool athlete, but not a NFL level WR. George will also be a 7th - UDFA WR. Restrepo will be a steal at the 4th - 5th level. Too many WRs

for those that watched the North Shore vs Katy, Tx game the other night, one of the DBs on the NS team really stood out. His name is Upton Stout and according to TOS, Miami has been in contact with him behind the scenes. Corey Flagg , his teammate, was the intermediary. He is planning on visiting with Flagg on Sept. 21st. He is currently committed to Utah State. He's been recruited primarily by schools out west and knows that his size has been the primary factor in bigger P5 schools not being more involved.

He is talking to Patke and says that while Miami hasn't offered yet...

Oh wow. Interesting he could’ve been ours. Did you peep some of the replies on that thread. I’m not gonna put the poster on blast because I like him and respect his input but he wrote:

“not for nothing but im not leaving south florida for 5'9 165. There are Upton Stout's at just about every other school down here at DB.”

I believe he played with Corey Flagg in High School.

I think Dart is a top shelf talent except for one terrible aspect of his game, which is whenever the game is on the line, he will make a bone head play that will leave you shocked. Ole Miss was loaded this year and Dart ****ed up a bunch of games for them.

That is a bad problem to have. You need to step up when it matters most. It's literally what makes great QBs great.

Those guys Dame & Brown made money yesterday. X & JG have to run 40s @ the pro day. JG had the 3rd fastest come drill among WRs. Glad too see canes repped well at the combine.

It’s not particularly close, and I’d say the same if he was a Hurricane.

Othtani career 38-19 3.01 ERA 1.08 WHIP as a pitcher is All-Star caliber pitching. In 2024 hitting .310 54 HR 130 RBI is MVP caliber.

I don’t think Hunter will play both ways consistently, let alone be among the best at either. I hope he does, because that’s just fun for us as fans but I’m not counting on it.
