Dawson was my #1 CB want this class. Guy is lighting (no pun intended - LeHigh Lightning and my alma matter) in a bottle.

Also, if you are taking a small corner, why drop Burns who has locked down everything in Sofla for 3 years (not saying they are the same as Dawson is built a little thicker and faster). Burns should have been in this class as the nickel and possibly next couch.

His Nole coach reached out to us for a reason. We were in his final 2 before his commitment to Auburn. They (the kid and his HS coaches) know how much of a need CBs are for us. They know he can come in and play day 1, literally. Compared to a place like FSU that has 45869458 corners. He can make a lot of money down the line as a CB. I know he has elite speed, but he is still dime a dozen at WR IMO due to his average size. JMO

Yes. He said that he would prefer getting trucked by a 220 lbs RB on a counter play from UNC than he would from Bama every year. Manny and team got this boys.
